Our Care Home
Thornfield Care Home aims to provide our residents a secure, relax and homely environment in which their care wellbeing, and comfort are of prime importance.
Our service regulated in accordance with Health and social care act 2008, revised in 2016. Our home provides a residential care service specialised in caring for adults over the age of 65 years with Dementia and mental health conditions.
Our carers strive to maintain the dignity and privacy of all our residents in a caring and friendly atmosphere and are very sensitive to their changing needs. We will look after our residents’ physical and mental health, emotional, social cultural and spiritual needs.

To have their legal rights protected and enabled them to exercise it directly and participate in the civic process if they wish to do so.
Fulfilment
To allow the Service User their own aims and helping them to achieve these goals in all aspects of daily living.
