Marta leads the team as Registered Manager at Thornfield Care Home. Her enthusiasm for helping people feel valued has never declined, and as a now experienced Care Home Manager she continues to be a driving force in encouraging both residents and staff to achieve their optimum level of emotional and physical quality of life.
